liteECO® actuators are ideal wherever fast and precise linear movements are required – for example, in production lines, machine tools, and packaging and logistics systems. They are used for positioning, securing, adjusting, or locking components in place. Some applications are listed on the product pages.
Depending on the model, the wear parts of liteECO® actuators have service lives ranging from 1 million to 50 million cycles. Typically, the nut in the plunger — which is made of high-performance plastic or bronze, depending on the variant — wears out first.
Wear can be detected early through predictive maintenance functions and, in many cases, compensated for by the control system. Thanks to our refurbishment concept, worn nuts can be replaced quickly, easily, and cost-effectively by replacing the plunger.
This ensures that the actuator remains fully operational and economically viable over multiple life cycles.
Yes. Depending on the motion controller, position, speed, acceleration, and custom motion sequences can be flexibly configured. Stand-alone applications without a higher-level PLC, as well as teach-in functions for easy position setup, are also possible.
The liteECO® size 50 has a flange dimension (width) of 50 mm, with a hole spacing of 42 × 42 mm and a 20 mm centering ring. Depending on the model, there are various flange mounting options (from the front, from the rear, or as a through-hole).
