Our trial phase allows you to evaluate our actuators under real-world conditions—structured, transparent, and with full technical support. We guide you through the entire process, from defining your requirements and selecting the right actuator to providing all necessary parameters and programs. Throughout the trial, our engineering and support team is on hand to assist with any questions, adjustments, or the analysis of your initial results.
Once the trial phase is complete, you can decide whether to keep the unit or return it, based on your practical experience.

We will provide you with an evaluation proposal for a 30-day trial, after which you can place your order.
During the testing phase, our engineering and support team is fully at your disposal. We will also provide you with the appropriate parameter sets or programs for the drives and their corresponding drive controllers.
If you opt for on-site test support from our team, you will receive a detailed report containing all relevant data, including parameterization, motion profiles with performance curves, and the results of wear or load measurements.
Once you have completed the test, you can decide whether you would like to keep the device or return it to us.
