SMELA GmbH will present innovative actuators at LogiMAT 2022 from 31.05.-02.06.2022. For the company, 2022 will be the start of a series of trade fairs and at the same time the start of diversification of its own developed product line.
LogiMAT in Stuttgart is the largest international trade fair for internal material flow and IT control in the center of Europe. From procurement and production to delivery, it offers a complete market overview and competent knowledge transfer. It sets new standards and a focus on innovative technologies for intralogistics solutions and process management.
The startup SMELA is also setting new standards. They present their telescopic electromechanical linear actuators, which are equipped with up to 600 Newton force and integrated anti-rotation lock. With a plug & play replacement solution for pneumatic cylinders, they want to offer plant engineers an advantageous solution in every respect. The liteECO® linear actuators combine the advantages of pneumatic cylinders (compactness & force density) with those of electric cylinders (energy efficiency, controllability and fast commissioning). Thus, users save up to 80% installation space compared to existing electric alternatives and more than 75% energy compared to pneumatic systems. Dimensions, based on pneumatic compact cylinders, make direct plug & play in existing systems extremely easy. The liteECO® actuators can be used in the production or packaging industry, machine tools or logistics and offer, especially due to the dynamic positioning capability and high force density, advantages for a wide range of applications: from simple applications, such as fixing, adjusting or locking, to complex parameterizable motion profiles.
The actuators are compatible with various motion controllers and thus enable simple and fast integration into the existing Industry 4.0 world.
