6 years of SMELA

On 3 September 2026, we at SMELA celebrated six years in business!

What began as an ambitious start-up idea has, in a very short timeframe, developed into an innovative supplier of electric linear actuators. Six years in which a great development happened –technologically, entrepreneurially and on a personal level.

From vision to reality

SMELA was founded with a clear goal in mind: to develop compact, electric drive solutions that are high-performance, user-friendly and forward-looking. Today, we are proud to say that we are not only pursuing this goal, but are continually developing it further together with our customers and partners.

Our solutions are used across a wide range of industries – in industrial engineering, food production, packaging and automotive manufacturing. And in everything we do, quality and a deep understanding of our customers’ applications are at the heart of what we do.

An anniversary is not just anoccasion to look back, but above all a moment to show our appreciation. That iswhy we would like to thank:

our partners and investors, who strengthen us with their expertise, shared vision, financial strength and long-term collaboration,

Without this support, SMELA would not be what it is today.

Looking to the future

We also see this anniversary as an incentive to continue steadfastly on our path. This involves further developing existing products, as well as creating new ones, devising new solutions and maintaining a clear commitment to the continuous advancement of our technology. In doing so, our focus remains on what matters most: delivering added value for our customers.

We are delighted with what we have achieved so far and, at the same time, look forward with great anticipation to what lies ahead.
